We began with a strong focus on expert flooring installation & refinishing, quickly building a reputation for quality, reliability, and attention to detail. As our experience grew, so did our vision rebranding to Perez Floors & Construction. What started as a flooring company naturally evolved into a full-service remodeling company, offering complete home renovations designed to transform spaces from the ground up.

Today we specialize in hardwood flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, and full interior remodels.
